The following terms of use apply to your use of the Perfect Pearls website. Each time you access this website you agree to comply with, and be bound by, the terms of use and acknowledge that we may rely upon your agreement.

Exclusion of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any condition, warranty or liability which may at any time be implied by the Trade Practices Act or any other applicable law where to do so is illegal or would render any provision of the Agreement void.
Subject to this qualification, all express or implied conditions or warranties, statutory or otherwise, in respect of the Information supplied is expressly negated and excluded.
You agree that Perfect Pearls will not be liable for any damages or loss of any kind whatever, including without limitation any liability for consequential loss, arising out of the use by you of, or reliance by any person on the Information supplied.
This includes loss arising from any act, omission, error, misstatement or failure, whether negligent or not, of Perfect Pearls, its officers, servants, agents or independent contractors or otherwise.

The Information may not be reproduced, distributed or published by anyone for any purpose without Perfect Pearls prior written consent.
Warranty
30 Day Product Warranty
All our products come with a 30 day warranty.
At our discretion we will repair or replace defective items within this period.
The customer will assume the cost of returning the product under warranty to us and we will assume return postage costs.
Disclosure of Interests
Perfect Pearls, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, directors and employees may from time to time purchase, sell, make a market in, or engage in transactions involving the securities or their related derivatives.
Perfect Pearls or its related bodies corporate may also act as advisers or brokers in relation to gold bullion, the shares or other investments.
Perfect Pearls related bodies corporate may be entitled to receive or may have received a fee for the provision of such services.
The directors and officers of Perfect Pearls or its related bodies corporate may hold directorships in any company referred to in the Information.
Perfect Pearls or its related bodies corporate are under no obligation to disclose or take account of the Information when advising or conducting business with its clients.
Perfect Pearls and its related bodies corporate may act upon or make use of the information prior to its publication on this website.
Third Party Information
Any third-party advertising, information and referral buttons containing hyperlinks are not recommendations or endorsements by Perfect Pearls or its respective directors, affiliates or employees.

Order Cancellations
All cancelled orders, prior to shipping or custom mounting, will be fully refunded minus a 10% restocking / administration fee.
Alternatively, a store credit note can be issued for the original order value.
Change of mind refunds / credits are not available on custom set jewellery pieces.
Return shipping shall be at the expense of the customer.
Fizzer Packs
Effective immediately, changes have been made to the terms and conditions regarding Fizzers Packs, Spin of Wheel and Purchase Draw Vouchers.
3 Fizzer Pack
That’s a $25 discount off the normal price.
- Choose any 3 Fizzers.
- Available options include Ring, Pendant or Earring.
- The 3 Fizzer Pack must be purchased through the website.
- Available Wednesdays only.
5 Fizzer Pack
Purchase 5 Fizzers and receive a free pick from the available trades.
- Choose any 5 Fizzers.
- Choose Ring, Pendant or Earring.
- The 5 Fizzer Pack must be purchased through the website.
- At the end of the order, available trades will be shown for selection.
Important: If you select 5 of the same Fizzers, you will only be able to select the same jewellery type. For example, if you select 5 Ring Fizzers, you can only claim a free Ring from the trades.
If you order 5 Fizzers separately in one or more transactions, you will not qualify for the free pick of the trades. You need to add the 5 Fizzer Pack Deal to your cart.
Purchase Draw Voucher Restriction
The $20 Purchase Draw Voucher cannot be used with either the 3 or 5 Fizzer Packs.
Spin of the Wheel
Free Spin Qualification
To qualify for the free Spin of the Wheel, if we offer this deal on the live, you will need to order a minimum of $55 after vouchers and before shipping.
PPCM reserves the right to cancel this offer at any time.
Purchase Draw Vouchers
Voucher Conditions
- The code is valid for 60 days.
- It can be used on the Wednesday and Thursday night lives.
- There is a minimum spend of $65.
- The voucher cannot be used for Special Orders, Crystals, Crystal Jewellery, grab bags or the 3 and 5 Fizzer Packs.
- The voucher can only be used once.
- The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, offers or sales.
Free Spin: If the free spin is on offer on the night, the minimum spend is $55 after the voucher and before shipping to qualify for the free spin prize.
PPCM reserve the right to cancel this voucher at any time.
